These terms govern use of this website. They are not the agreement governing use of the Media Accreditation software.
Scope
The site presents Media Accreditation and allows you to request a demo. Access is free. Any use of the software will be governed by a separate agreement.
Demo request
Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. It does not require the data controller to provide a demo, an account or an offer, and it does not create a contract.
Use of the site
Anyone who uses the form confirms that the contact information provided is accurate and that the message does not contain unlawful content. You may not use the site to send automated messages, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The text, trademarks, interface and other materials on the site belong to the data controller or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Liability
The site is provided as is. The data controller works to keep it available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Any disputes are subject to the courts where the data controller is established, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Changes
The data controller may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had the opportunity to review the updated terms.
