This notice describes how this website processes data collected through the contact form and cookies managed by Cookiebot.

Data we process
The form collects your name, email address, organization, role and message. Consent is required to submit the request. Hosting logs may include your IP address, date and user agent, which are used for security and to operate the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the form data to review your request and contact you about a demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, as well as your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Retention
We keep the request for as long as needed to handle it and, if no contract follows, for up to 12 months after the last contact. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's policies. Proof of cookie consent is kept for the period set by Cookiebot.
Recipients
Data is processed by the people who manage the site and by the service providers strictly necessary to operate it: Cloudflare, which hosts the site; the SMTP provider used to deliver request emails; and Cookiebot (Usercentrics), which manages the banner and consent records. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiling.
Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, transfers are protected by the safeguards required under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent. You may also file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). The site does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects.
